ROLE
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, developing pipelines and plan the deployment of the code to various environments as part of large-scale software solutions at enterprise level. You will work with functional and technical teams on the project located across shores independently leading and mentoring junior team members, collaborating to understand the functional requirements and translate them into work products.As an Unqork Practitioner, you will be involved in end-to-end delivery of the project from estimations, planning, execution and tracking metrics for analysis.
The work you will require you to:
- Provides system architecture leadership across PODs to ensure development and configuration related best practices are followed
- Ensures that the patterns are consistent across pods , helps define new patterns working jointly with rest of the team
- Responsible for design and development of reusable assets (product factory) across PODs. Acts as a Product engineering contact for ticket , issues,
- Perform the role of Integration specialist within the POD, applies the best practices based approach for API integration, Security authorization and authentication (such as Oauth, open id connect, SAML authentication, Mutual TLS), FTP integration
- Owns the communication with client contacts on requirement gathering, questions/clarification, issues and risk management
- Working with POD leads, responsible for delivery and issue management across the PODs/delivery modules
- Ensure project management best practices are followed across delivery Pods
- Prepare and present engagement level reporting/dashboard. Document and track closure of delivery related action items
- Responsible for configuration (30-40%), client communication (30%) and delivery mgmt. (30%), including assigning and monitoring the work for Implementation specialists.
- Works jointly with EM on communication with client contacts on requirement gathering, questions/clarification, issues and risks
- Acts as a first line of defense/escalation on any delivery issues
- Owns ongoing POD level status reporting, responsible for proactive issue/risk identification and mitigation
- Work with project manager and leads and solution architect (Unqork) to document the client implementation related requirements, detailed level design/specs
- Configure the Unqork platform according to the client requirements
- Build Test data, Test cases. Perform Unit testing to ensure requirements are effectively implemented
- Supports in ongoing status reporting, proactive issue/risk identification and mitigation and other project related comms
- Responsibilities to include digitizing the business processes, integration implementation etc
- Manual and functional testing of business use cases and detailed requirements as needed
- Build automation scripts on CodeceptJS and perform automated testing working in collaboration with PODs delivery team
- Documentation of test plan, scripts, results and defects management in Trello and JIRA (raising of defects, follow up and closure)
Qualifications
Skills / Project Experience:
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience building applications using Unqork and experience with JavaScript and/or other low code platforms.
- Strong track record of architecting and configuring software products and digital applications Solution design, systems implementation and data integration experience.
- Strong experience building data integrations and APIs Relational or other database query experience using MongoDB aggregation framework
- Experience working on front end development, nice to have technical skills: Java Script, RAML, HTML, CSS, Angular, React
- Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, computer science, finance, or equivalent practical experience in management, technical field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Should be able to demonstrate strong project and program management experience in managing software development projects, within a fast paced and unstructured environment
- Ability to work ‘hands on’ with a small-mid size team (10-15 members) in a globally distributed model with onsite-nearshore-offshore model
- Strong ability to manage multiple stake holders (internal and external). Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, computer science, finance, or equivalent practical experience in management, technical field
- Low code/no code application configuration/development experience- highly desired
Good to Have:
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Experience in managing medium to large sized development teams
- Certification in any of the LCNC Platform at a Solution Architect level
- Experience in architecting large scale LCNC applications
- Deep understanding of performance and scalability of Low Code No Code systems with extensive experience in designing archetypes that provide optimal cost to performance benefits.
