The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline workflows. This role will be based out of Bangalore , India . Position Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development. Test Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project requirements and timelines. Test Planning : Create detailed test plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities. Test Case Design : Oversee the design and development of test cases, ensuring they are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with requirements. Automation Strategy : Define and implement automation testing strategies, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency. Implement Fastlane for iOS development and release in Bamboo build plans Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming (OOP), data types, control structures, exception handling, and collections.
