As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a vital role in leading the IT Recruitment and business partnering. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager - HR - and other stakeholders to ensure the effective allocation of resources and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.


You will be a strategic partner to business units, collaborating with leaders to drive the IT Requirements for organizational effectiveness. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of IT Recruitment and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role serves as a medium of communication and resolve between the teams and HR for Recruitment queries, suggestions, and issues. You will be responsible for assessing Manpower -related needs and proactively communicate these with our HR department and business management and help develop practical solutions.


What You Will Work On


Recruiting and Talent Management


  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both fresher and lateral hiring for India and Middle East/MENA regions.

  • Develop and monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., cost per hire, TAT, sourcing channels, conversion ratios) and present regular reports to leadership.

  • Utilize data-driven recruitment dashboards for actionable insights and decision-making.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Leverage non-traditional sourcing platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Boolean searches) to attract passive talent.

  • Explore recruitment partnerships and specialized job boards for India/Middle East (MENA) regions.

  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and process automations to streamline hiring workflows.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and applicable employment laws, both for India and Middle East regions, where applicable.

  • Regularly conduct talent market research, compensation benchmarking, and competitor mapping to stay ahead in attracting top talent.


Strategic Business Partnership


  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Conceptualize, create, and ensure implementation of recruitment strategy, to launch new initiatives to help efficient and cost-effective sourcing methods; to analyse competitors & their activities.


HR Operations Collaboration


  • Collaborate with HR team members to handle employee relations matters by providing timely guidance and support to employees and managers related to policies and benefits, in line with company policies.

  • Contribute to periodic benchmarking and review of HR policies and benefits to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

  • Partner with the HR team in enhancing employee engagement initiatives and improving internal HR processes.


Requirements


Qualifications:


Education

MBA/PGDBM in HR from a premier institution.


Experience

6 to 8 years of recruitment experience from IT/ITeS/software companies in India and/or Middle East.


Candidates with Middle East/ MENA recruitment experience are highly desirable.

  • Innovation and Creativity: Explicitly seeks out new ideas from teams for improvement in current practices and industry, best practices towards initiating required changes.


Functional Skills (Role Specific)


  • Strong understanding of IT Recruitment best practices and preparation of Recruitment dash boards for periodic reviews.

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment across India and Middle East.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to resolving Recruitment related issues.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems like Zoho and MS Office Suite, advanced skills including MS Excel and data analysis.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with high integrity.

  • Job Location – Trivandrum, Kerala

  • Mode of working – On-site from Trivandrum office of Elixr Labs
