Job Description

Role : Senior IT Recruiter Experience : 4-5 Years Salary: Up to 5 LPA Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad **Females are most preferable** Key Responsibilities: · Source and screen candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, and internal databases. · Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for technical roles. · Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements. · Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. · Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with shortlisted candidates. · Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. · Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics. · Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 4–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment (India-based hiring). · Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.). · Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software, etc.). · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
