About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Embedded Software Team Lead to drive the development of intelligent edge systems that combine embedded firmware, machine learning inference, and hardware acceleration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of real-time firmware design, AI model deployment, and hardware-software co-optimization.
You will lead a team delivering modular, scalable, and efficient firmware pipelines that run quantized ML models on accelerators like Hailo, Coral, Torrent (BlackHole), Kendryte, and other emerging chipsets. Your focus will include model runtime integration, low-latency sensor processing, OTA-ready firmware stacks, and CI/CD pipelines for embedded products at scale
