We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to drive measurable business impact in a high-growth environment. Website Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while contributing to strategic planning. You’ll play a crucial role in driving lead generation, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering measurable ROI through datadriven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management o Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing o Manage day-to-day operations of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn o Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates and user experience o Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including drip sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns Content Creation & Strategy o Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content o Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches o Create performance-driven ad copy, email templates, and marketing collateral o Optimize content for search engines and user engagement across all digital touchpoints o Implement on-page and technical SEO optimizations to improve organic search rankings Analytics & Performance Optimization o Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, and platform-specific analytics o Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations o Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences to optimize performance o Track and report on key metrics including lead generation, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI o Identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization and scaling Lead Generation & Nurturing o Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to improve lead quality o Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences o Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoU and feedback integration o Optimize conversion funnels to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates Tool Management & Process Improvement o Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) for campaign execution o Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and technologies to improve eUiciency o Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate tracking across all marketing touchpoints o Document processes and create standard operating procedures for campaign execution Required Skills & Qualifications Core Experience o 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven track record of driving results o Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management and optimization o Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building o Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows o Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and social media analytics Technical Skills o Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) o SEO Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO platforms for keyword research and performance tracking o Content Management: Experience optimizing content within CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) for search engines o Experience with marketing automation tools and workflow creation o Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization o Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite o Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) Analytical & Soft Skills o Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously o Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design o Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving lead targets (MQLs and SQLs) o Cost EUiciency: Maintain target cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels o Conversion Optimization: Improve conversion rates by 15-20% quarter-overquarter o Campaign ROI: Deliver minimum 3:1 return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid channels Secondary Metrics o Organic Growth: Increase organic traUic by 25% year-over-year o Email Performance: Achieve industry-benchmark open rates (25%+) and clickthrough rates (3%+) o Social Engagement: Grow social media following and engagement rates o Pipeline Contribution: Generate 40%+ of sales pipeline through
