Support on the optimisation of journeys and content across all engagement initiatives and touchpoints. Continuously monitor and execute changes to maximise effectiveness and ROI, using data-driven insights. Grow Marketing Reach: Work with the Engagement Manager to identify opportunities to support the wider permissions strategy (led by the Engagement SM) across the base to ensure we continue to grow our customer reach. Critical for strengthening foundations to support a CDP integration in the future. Ensure our communications clearly articulate the value of marketing across the permissions journey, as part of the process improvements. Continue to onboard new WI schemes in a timely and efficient manner. Drive Ongoing Engagement (12 months +): Support the Engagement Manager to foster continuous customer engagement and satisfaction through both consistent and ad hoc communications that highlight the benefits of being a Fidelity customer. Ensure customers understand their products and learn how to further utilise their benefits through education and insights. Support on the delivery of communications aimed at driving money on across products held by existing customers. Deliver service, change (where relevant) and some regular drum beat comms. Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor research to gain market insights, inspiration to help maintain a competitive advantage. Integrate findings into customer journey plan. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Key Competencies And Experience Customer-centric marketing campaign execution (segmentation, targeting, design UX): Proficiency in executing marketing communications across various channels, to drive retention at key points in the customer lifecycle and to illustrate the value of being a Fidelity customer to and through retirement Performance Insight and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics and in developing reporting. Able to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities.
