Job Summary:


The Corporate Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and brand initiatives. This role involves strategic content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and performance analysis to drive brand visibility, engagement, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and analytical skills, be adept at managing multiple initiatives, and have a deep interest in corporate marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Campaign Management:


• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of corporate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

• Develop and manage content for websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and press releases to support campaign goals.

• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives and report on key metrics.

Brand & Content Strategy:

• Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing materials with brand identity and messaging.

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality, impactful marketing assets.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Leadership:

• Manage and optimize social media platforms to maximize audience engagement and align with overall marketing strategy.

• Oversee the management and updating of website content to ensure timely, relevant, and brand-compliant information.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market insights to inform the development of effective marketing strategies.

Event Coordination & Corporate Communications:

• Take ownership of planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to drive brand awareness.

• Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements, ensuring consistency with brand voice.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, branding, and content strategy across various channels.

Market Research & Performance Reporting:

• Lead the research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategic marketing initiatives.

• Provide comprehensive performance reports, analyzing engagement data, ROI, and budget allocation for marketing campaigns.

• Support the development of strategies to optimize marketing spend, improve campaign effectiveness, and achieve organizational objectives.


Qualifications & Skills:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing and executing marketing campaigns.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO, SEM).

• Strong communication, writing, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).

• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and data-driven marketing.

• Familiarity with video production and graphic design principles.
