Senior Engineer

Job Description

Develop and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Architect and implement reusable components following best practices and design patterns. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services . Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility . Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers , and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure high-fidelity, pixel-perfect implementations . Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in both development and production environments. Implement state management solutions using Redux, React Query, or Zustand . Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress . Ensure security best practices and compliance with web standards. Technical and Professional Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js . Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS, Tailwind, Styled Components) . Strong understanding of React hooks, context API, and component lifecycle methods . Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil . Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design principles. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets . Knowledge of module bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel . Understanding of performance optimization techniques , including lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting. Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks . Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies. Nice to Have: Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. Familiarity with Micro Frontends and component-driven development. Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and offline-first strategies. Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel, or Netlify) .
