Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in the educational software sector.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions in our educational software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain documentation.
• Optimize data models and queries to improve dashboard performance.
• Implement row-level security and user access controls in Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and data teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate analytics.
• Support data analysis and reporting needs related to student performance, course analytics, user engagement, and institutional KPIs.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Service).
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with educational data systems, LMS, or student information systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of data visualization principles and user-centric design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the educational software domain or EdTech industry.
• Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or Python is a plus.and google cloud.
• Basic scripting experience (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
