Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Power BI Developer with 4 plus years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, and bring hands-on expertise in building interactive dashboards, data models, and end-to-end data pipelines.

Domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals or Consumer goods is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
Build optimized data models (star/snowflake schema) that ensure performance and reusability
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Integrate and transform data from diverse sources (e.g., Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, Excel, APIs)
Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver insights
Implement row-level security (RLS), data refresh schedules, and automated alerts in Power BI Service
Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and report performance bottlenecks
Contribute to data governance, documentation, and version control best practices
