About the role
As a Change Management & Process Implementation Specialist at WeWork India, you will play a crucial role in managing the change initiatives, implementing processes, and providing software training as the company prepares for structure growth. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, automation, software systems, and change management best practices. You will work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure smooth transitions during process upgrades, the integration of new software solutions, and the scaling of operations.
