Insurity

Key Responsibilities

Insurity Platform Development

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using

  Insurity Digital Commerce Platform.

• Configure and customize Insurity modules, including Policy Administration, Claims Management, and Billing
• Work with Insurity's low-code/no-code capabilities to build an insurance workflow.s
• Integrate the Insurity platform with third-party systems and APIs
• Perform system configuration, data migration, and platform optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Insurity ecosystem

Unqork Platform Development

• Build enterprise applications using

  Unqork's no-code platform

• Design and implement complex business logic using Unqork's visual development environment
• Create responsive user interfaces and forms using Unqork's drag-and-drop components
• Develop workflow automation and business process management solutions
• Integrate Unqork applications with external systems via APIs and web services
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability



General Development & Integration

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand insurance business requirements.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for deployed applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Business teams

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Insurity platform

  (Digital Commerce, Policy Admin, Claims, Billing)

• 2+ years of experience with the Unqork no-code development platform

• Strong understanding of

  insurance domain knowledge

  (P&C, Life, Health insurance)
• Experience with

  API development and integration

  (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Proficiency in

  database technologies

  (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of

  web technologies

  (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML)
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Understanding of

  DevOps practices

  and CI/CD pipelines

Insurance Domain Expertise

• Deep understanding of insurance business processes and workflows
• Knowledge of insurance products (Auto, Home, Commercial, Life, etc.)
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with policy lifecycle management, claims processing, and underwriting
• Understanding of rating engines and insurance calculations

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurity certification

  or formal training

• Unqork certification

  (Developer, Architect level)
• Experience with

  insurance core systems

  (Duck Creek, Guidewire, CCIS)
• Knowledge of

  microservices architecture

  and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with

  data analytics and reporting tools

  (Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with

  machine learning

  applications in insurance
• Previous experience working with

  US/European insurance clients

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
