About the job We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Developer with 1–2.5 years of experience in server-side application development using Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the NestJS framework, including building scalable and maintainable APIs, implementing authentication and authorization, and working with middleware, services, and modules. A solid understanding of both relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, is required, including schema design, query optimization, and integration with backend services. The role involves working closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust backend solutions. Familiarity with version control (Git), best practices in backend architecture, and basic knowledge of deployment and CI/CD workflows will be considered a plus. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Full Stack Developer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js.Build and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for high-performance applications. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.Implement and maintain security and data protection best practices.Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), caching layers, and message queues.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. Full Stack Developer Requirements: 1 - 2.5 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js.Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming patterns.Experience with NestJS/Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.Proficiency with database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.Experience in building APIs (RESTful/GraphQL).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.Experience with TypeScript.Familiarity with microservices architecture.CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
