Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing, extending, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions using the Power Platform and Microsoft technology stack. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to build robust CRM solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Customize and extend D365 CE using Power Platform tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business logic using C# and the .NET Framework.
• Build and manage JavaScript customizations and client-side scripts.
• Implement integrations between D365 CE and external systems using Web APIs and Azure Middleware.
• Perform data migration, data transformation, and mapping activities.
• Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and assist in knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of technical experience in

  Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

  development
• Strong programming skills in

  C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Proficiency with

  Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

• Experience with

  Dynamics 365 APIs, SDK, and plugin architecture

• Strong understanding of D365 CE data model, workflows, and security roles
• Knowledge of Azure services and integration frameworks
• Experience working with SQL Server, database design, and queries
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments
• Understanding of solution lifecycle management in D365 CE
• Experience with Power Apps Portals / Dynamics 365 Portals
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules
