Job Description:

We are seeking experienced D365 F&O Technical Consultants with a strong foundation in X++ development and expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidates will have completed multiple end-to-end implementations and be comfortable working across key ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions using X++ and Dynamics 365 F&O frameworks
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Work on system integrations involving Azure Integration Services, Business Events, and XML conversions
• Support end-to-end project phases: development, deployment, data migration, and post-go-live support
• Develop and maintain Business Data Models using Common Data Service
• Participate in release management, cut-over planning, and hypercare support
• Ensure smooth CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
• Document development work and provide knowledge transfer to teams

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with

  X++, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

  Technical development
• 5–8 years of consulting experience with at

  least 2–3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations

• Deep technical knowledge of D365 F&O modules:

  AP, AR, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Finance

• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile & Waterfall)
• Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Portals/Power Pages
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Familiarity with Common Data Service / Common Data Model
• Experience with ASP.NET / C#
