The Circle Lead (Projects)-SM is responsible for driving overall commercial operations and ensuring the efficient execution of key functions within the unit, including New Connection (General Unit), Meter Management, and Recovery. This role entails comprehensive oversight of daily functional operations, monitoring, and control of commercial processes to meet organizational objectives. The Project Circle Lead ensures seamless coordination between teams, adherence to regulatory compliance, and the optimization of workflows to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue recovery. By leveraging data-driven insights and a strategic approach, the role supports continuous improvement, aligns cross-functional efforts, and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence.Responsibilities

Lead reverse migration initiatives to recover TPC's changeover customers by developing customer-centric strategies and ensuring effective implementation.Strengthen compliance and operational consistency by embedding SOPs and Quality Management Systems across all functions.Operational Excellence
Enhance operational efficiency by establishing clear performance benchmarks for material receipt, issuance, and inventory management, ensuring seamless workflows and alignment with organizational goals to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve productivity.Improve system reliability by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize meter functionality, ensuring timely replacement and maintenance, reducing losses, and enhancing accuracy across all units.Governance, Compliance, And Risk Management
