Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Circle Head at Real Value Finloan Services Private Limited. The position is on-site and located in Mumbai. The Circle Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations within their designated area, ensuring the achievement of business targets, managing a team of professionals, developing strategies to expand business, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The role also involves regular monitoring of financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.We are opening for Circle Head for our New Division Insurance Life & Term, General Insurance sales as Broker of insurance company. Circle Head responsibility for onboard agent, training, Target achivement support and customer support.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent of MBA.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the life Insurance services sector, particularly in life & Ulip and term.
• Business development and sales management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Onboard agent for Bajaj Allianz, Hdfc, Reliance nippon as per irda
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Mumbai Location candidate with Experience in same field can apply.
