Role Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Assistant Manager - Growth to join our team, providing critical support to the lead directly within the Founder's Office. This pivotal role is designed for a professional eager to contribute to strategic initiatives, assist in managing high-impact projects, and leverage data-driven insights to fuel company growth. You will be instrumental in supporting the translation of strategic visions into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution, contributing significantly to Nitro Commerce's expansion and market leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Support the lead in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.
  • Assist in conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to proactively inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities, helping to formulate actionable strategies for execution.
  • Support the management and tracking of key strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved efficiently and on time.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations on high-priority issues and critical business decisions, acting as a trusted support.

Project Management:

  • Support the lead in overseeing the execution of high-impact projects from planning to delivery, including assisting with resource coordination, setting timelines, and monitoring progress.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, tracking progress against KPIs, and ensuring strict alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate on coordination efforts with various departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and provide support to team members in handling projects effectively.
  • Support and contribute to the management of multiple projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Contribute to comprehensive financial planning and analysis activities, including detailed budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing sophisticated financial models, robust business cases, and insightful performance reports for executive review.
  • Support the analysis of key metrics and KPIs to derive deep insights for continuous business improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • Assist in employing statistical methods to validate trends and patterns, ensuring robust and reliable conclusions.
  • Support the identification and analysis of trends in customer behaviors, sales performance, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in utilizing predictive analytics to anticipate market changes, evolving customer needs, and potential operational challenges, providing early warnings and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, validation processes, and the implementation of best practices.

Executive Support:

  • Assist in preparing high-quality presentations, detailed reports, and other critical documents for the Founder and executive team.
  • Support the facilitation of executive meetings, including meticulous agenda preparation, efficient conduct, and diligent follow-up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Provide support to the CEO and senior leadership in strategic decision-making, ensuring they possess all necessary data, insights, and contextual understanding.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Assist in building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the lead in mediating between the Founder's Office and various departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in representing the company effectively in meetings, industry events, and with external partners as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, project management, or growth-focused supporting role, preferably within a startup or AdTech/Martech company.
  • Proven strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
