Business Development Growth Associate

Role Overview

You will own Hillroute’s growth stack—capital‑introducer sourcing, investor content, CRM discipline, and event ROI - acting as the bridge between our Dubai‑based IR team and the Delhi trading desk.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, engage, onboard and negotiate terms with capital introducers and distribution partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with family offices, wealth managers, and institutional introducers
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners and service providers

Investor Relations & Engagement

  • Draft pitch decks, factsheets, performance flashes, DDQ responses
  • Manage ongoing investor relationships through regular communication and monthly reporting, and manage investor queries
  • Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and onboarding processes
  • Support fundraising initiatives and AUM growth targets
  • Create investor personas, segmentation strategies, and customized marketing materials

Content Marketing & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies targeting HNI and institutional investors, by collaborating with design team on visual and written materials
  • Manage social media presence across Telegram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create thought leadership content (articles, market commentaries, newsletters)
  • Monitor content performance metrics and optimize engagement

Relationship Management & Networking

  • Represent Hillroute at key events and coordinate speaking opportunities for leadership
  • Organize investor events and webinars to build brand visibility

CRM Management & Operations

  • Build and maintain comprehensive CRM systems for investor and partner management, automate reminders and build stage hygiene
  • Track investor funnel metrics, conversion rates, and business development KPIs
  • Develop SOPs for investor relations and business development workflows
  • Implement digital platforms for investor and fund management

Bridge Ops (Sales ↔ Trading)

  • Convert daily/weekly P&L and market colour from the trading desk into bite‑sized intel for the IR team.
  • Capture allocator feedback and relay to the quant desk for product tweaks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience:

    3-5 years in business development, sales, or investor relations within digital assets, hedge funds, or financial services
  • Track Record

    : Proven success in partnership development and relationship building within financial services or digital asset space
  • CRM

    : Hands‑on HubSpot/Pipedrive builder; expertise in data management, and relevant software tools
  • Content Creation:

    Experience in marketing, social media management, or content strategy for financial services
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in investor presentations and content creation
  • Adaptability:

    Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments

    Understanding of digital asset trading strategies and crypto market trends
  • Technology Platforms:

    Experience with automation tools, workflow management systems (Coda), and digital onboarding platforms.
