Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Define clear information architectures, task flows, and navigation structures
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Apply visual design and UI principles to ensure clean, accessible, and engaging interfaces
• Collaborate in building and maintaining design systems for consistent UI delivery
• Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Communicate ideas and rationale effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to team reviews and feedback sessions
• Maintain a strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects

• User Research & Analysis:

  Ability to conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to gather actionable insights.

• Information Architecture:

  Creating logical sitemaps, user flows, and navigation systems.

• Wireframing & Prototyping:

  Proficiency in creating everything from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.

• Interaction Design:

  Defining how users interact with products and ensuring those interactions are intuitive and effective.

• Visual Design & UI Principles:

  Strong grasp of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and creating clean user interfaces that align with brand standards.

• Design System Contribution:

  Ability to work within an established design system and contribute new components and patterns thoughtfully.

• Usability Testing:

  Planning and conducting moderated and unmoderated tests to validate design decisions and identify user pain points.

• Curiosity / Empathy:

  A curious and user-focused mindset that asks the why behind user behavior and always keeps their needs at the center, ensuring every design decision is thoughtful and human-centered.
