Zoho Product Associate (Full-Time / Part-Time)LocationRemote within India (Aligned with India Business Hours)
The Opportunity: Become a Zoho Expert and Drive Client SuccessAre you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem? We're looking for a Zoho Product Associate to be a pivotal part of our team, supporting clients across a wide range of Zoho applications. This isn't just a sales role; you'll be deeply involved in the entire client journey, from initial understanding and implementation to ongoing support and managed services.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will leverage your expertise in various Zoho products to ensure successful client outcomes. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, configure Zoho applications, oversee implementations, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive ongoing support. We offer the flexibility for you to choose a full-time or part-time engagement, based on your preference.
Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Client Lifecycle):Client Needs Analysis & Solution Design:Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings (primarily virtual) to deeply understand prospect's current business processes, pain points, challenges, and strategic objectives.
Expertly map client needs to the specific features and functionalities of relevant Zoho products, including but not limited to Zoho One, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People Plus, and other Zoho Applications.
Articulate the value proposition of Zoho solutions clearly and consultatively, positioning them as ideal solutions.
Product Implementation & Configuration:Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of various Zoho products, working closely with clients to configure settings, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure Zoho solutions are tailored to meet specific business requirements and best practices.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training:Coordinate and manage UAT processes, gathering feedback and ensuring the configured Zoho solutions meet client expectations.
Provide comprehensive training to client teams on how to effectively use and leverage their Zoho applications.
Overall Managed Services & Support:Provide ongoing technical and functional support for various Zoho applications, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to further optimize their use of Zoho products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with Zoho support when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain meticulous and real-time records of all client interactions, project statuses, and support activities within the company CRM system.
Document client configurations, customization, and solutions for future reference.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement:Actively listen to client feedback and market trends related to Zoho products and competitor activities.
Relay relevant insights to internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement of our services and offerings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Successful Implementations: Timely and effective completion of Zoho product implementations.
Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high satisfaction scores from clients regarding support and managed services.
Problem Resolution: Efficiency and effectiveness in resolving client issues and inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency across a range of Zoho applications.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and timely CRM data entry.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple Zoho products, such as Zoho One, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People Plus, and other Zoho Applications.
Strong understanding of business processes related to HR, finance, project management, and CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Tech-savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to evolving product features.
Proficient with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):Prior experience in a consulting, implementation, or support role for SaaS or cloud-based business applications.
Experience working with clients in the Indian market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Zoho certifications for specific products.
