Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned UI/UX Product Designer with a passion for crafting end-to-end digital experiences. You will drive strategy, conduct user research, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure high-quality handoff to engineering.This role blends UX leadership, visual design, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
  • UX Strategy & Research
  • Define and drive UX strategy, roadmaps, and ensure alignment with product and business goals.
  • Plan and execute user research activities (interviews, surveys, contextual studies) to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide and validate solutions.
  • Design Execution (UX & UI)
  • Apply design thinking principles to create user-centered, accessible, and responsive solutions.
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance usability across devices.
  • Craft high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Incorporate strong visual design principles—typography, layout, color, and motion.
  • Prototyping, Testing & Iteration
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Conduct usability tests and A/B testing using tools such as Hotjar, Mix panel, and Google Analytics.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable design improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Design Systems & Consistency
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Enforce atomic design methodologies to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  • Uphold design standards and ensure cross-platform compatibility across desktop, web, and mobile.
  • Collaboration & Product Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Participate in product development meetings with Product Owners (POs) to identify and clarify requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and design reviews to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Produce clear handoff documentation (specs, component libraries) and support implementation efforts.
