Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business units to collect and analyze data related to performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in designing, testing, and evaluating business processes, models, and systems enhanced with AI/ML applications.
• Work closely with data scientists and IT teams to ensure proper data governance, integrity, and usability for analytics.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Participate in identifying and scoping AI/ML initiatives that can automate or optimize business processes.
• Stay up to date with trends in business analytics, AI, and ML to continuously improve internal practices.
• Support business case development and ROI analysis for new digital projects or enhancements.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Specialization or coursework in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or AI/ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good grasp of statistical techniques.
• Basic understanding of machine learning models and AI concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages (Excel, SQL, Python, R is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  

Preferred Skills

• Internships or academic projects involving data analysis, process improvement, or AI/ML implementation.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
