Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 14 years of professional experience in Software Development, or a Master’s degree with 10 years of experience in Software Development
Technical expertise in System Software Design, Data Structures, and Software
Reliability and Distributed System Architecture
Experience in developing Enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience in .NET, C++/C#, MySQL, SQL Server, RESTful API's, RabbitMQ, WCF.
Experience with IDE debuggers, logging tools, and monitoring systems for inspecting code, tracking down errors, and understanding system behavior.
Experience in recommending approaches and developing action plans to solve the critical IB technical issues and program requirements.
Experience with public cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Azure (Services: Compute, Storage, Database, Load Balance, Elastic Designs, Analytics, Web Services, Messaging)
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A big part of this job is communicating effectively with other development cross functional teams in a global environment
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Owing and driving the Product Investigation & CAPA.
Experience in collaborating with product development core team members (Engineering/QA/RA/Service/Leadership).

Expertise in design and development of cloud solutions.
Strong debugging and unit testing skills using a well-known and accepted unit testing framework
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and CI/CT/CD processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions
Experience in medical imaging & Healthcare standards HL7/DICOM/IHE
Experience in identifying the specific code or component that is causing the issue.
Experience in developing system level requirements, customer flow-down requirements, System thinking and working in enterprise systems.
Owing the NC/INVCAPA and deliver it independently (with less team support)
Providing status updates to leadership and collaborating with program NC/INV/CAPA stakeholders and drive to closure. And demonstrate the effective communication skill.

Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems
Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective

Has the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
Voices opinions and presents a clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence decisions
