Endpoint Management Specialist
The role of an Endpoint Management Specialist is a senior technical expert responsible for resolving complex issues related to Windows operating systems, endpoint management, and network connectivity. This role involves advanced diagnostics, proactive optimization, and automation to ensure high performance, security, and reliability across enterprise endpoints.
What you'll do:
- Advanced Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
- Perform deep analysis and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and applications using advanced diagnostic tools and utilities.
- Investigate and resolve escalated incidents related to system performance, stability, and security.
- Correlate system performance metrics with network telemetry to identify and resolve root causes of complex hybrid issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated device provisioning and policy management solutions.
- Manage application deployment, patch management, and configuration settings across all endpoints.
- Enforce security policies, compliance standards, and endpoint protection measures.
- Endpoint Network Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues on endpoints using standard network diagnostic tools.
- Validate network configurations and collaborate with other technical teams to resolve network-related issues.
- Analyze network interface metrics and monitor for anomalies, bandwidth congestion, or security threats.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Windows environments and network endpoints.
- Implement best practices for system tuning, resource utilization, and proactive maintenance.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and runbooks.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on advanced diagnostics and management practices.
- Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead complex projects and ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
What you'll bring:
- Expertise in Windows operating system diagnostics, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with endpoint management solutions, automated device provisioning, and policy management.
- Proficiency in network protocol analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with network monitoring platforms and automated diagnostic scripts.
- Strong scripting skills for automation and customization.
- Proven ability to resolve high-level technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in advanced Windows support, endpoint management, or related engineering roles.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority.
