Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless project execution.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.

Technical Implementation Support

  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and system architects to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical input during the design and development phases to address feasibility and scalability concerns.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including process flows, issue logs, and troubleshooting guides.

Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Leverage tools like SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions using KPIs and metrics.

Required Technical Skills

  • SQL : Strong proficiency in database querying for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excel : Advanced skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, and formulae.
  • Visualization Tools : Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Documentation Tools : Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for requirement tracking and documentation.
  • Scripting Knowledge : Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
  • API Knowledge : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrations.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
into simple terms.
  • Stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in domains such as e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business processes like inventory management, product lifecycle management, or CRM
