Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our business development and sales conversion efforts with our Managed Services Offerings. Proven experience and exposure to North America, particularly the US, is essential. You will be developing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, and ensuring successful execution to achieve financial targets. Our managed services offering includes application support, modernization, cloud infrastructure, test automation, computer system validation, continuous innovation, and AI-enabled futuristic service design and management. We have the capabilities encompassing multiple layers of support services.

Job Location –


The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establish Market and Offering Understanding

    • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends specific to our offering.
    • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in our growth markets.
    • Develop and manage a closure pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Value Strategy and Sales Planning:

    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Articulate positioning and messaging of the distinct aspects of our products and services.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
    • Formulate key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.
    • Ensure successful execution of strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Sales Execution:

    • Own and deliver annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
    Requirements
    • Proven sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in selling annuity managed services deals.
    • Proven experience and exposure to North America and particularly the US.
    • Previous experience as a business development execution, sales executive, and sales manager with international market experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, absorb feedback, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Demonstrable experience in driving the sales process from planning to closure.
    • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
    • Familiarity with conversational AI and AI tools.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
    • High personal integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strategic thinker with robust analytical capabilities.
    • Adept user of modern CRM solutions to manage effectively and orchestrate self and teams’ workload and sales information.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in business or marketing discipline.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in international business development and sales.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development role
    • Experience in talent acquisition, training, and development within sales teams.
