Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative WordPress Developer with a strong command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, who also has deep experience in Zoho Applications (CRM, Campaigns, Creator, SalesIQ, Flow, etc.), along with SEO best practices, AI-based marketing automation, and website performance optimization. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our website’s performance, digital integration with Zoho, and drive search engine visibility and AI-led conversion optimization for B2B leads. Key Responsibilities: A. WordPress Website Development Design, develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins. Manage WooCommerce product pages, catalog visibility, RFQ forms, and pricing modules. Ensure UI/UX compliance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness. Regularly update plugins, WordPress core, and resolve security issues. Familiarity with Google Ads and similar tools B. Zoho Applications Integration Integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ, Flow, and Forms with WordPress. Design lead capture workflows from the website directly into Zoho CRM with field mapping and source tagging. Automate form triggers, email sequences, and workflows using Zoho Flow/Deluge scripting. Sync subscriber data and behavior analytics with Zoho Campaigns for email segmentation. C. SEO & AI Optimization Conduct full on-page and off-page SEO audits with implementation (meta tags, schema, canonical tags, etc.). Use tools like Google Search Console, etc for keyword tracking and link building. Optimize page loading speed, core web vitals, image compression, and cache layers. Implement AI tools to enhance content strategy, SEO blog creation, and dynamic product pages. Leverage predictive analytics, user behavior data, and A/B testing for CRO (conversion rate optimization). D. Web Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Zoho Analytics. Create dashboards for monthly performance reports – leads generated, bounce rate, conversions, SEO traffic growth. Provide suggestions based on data insights and heatmap tools like Hotjar or Clarity. Zoho CRM and WordPress certifications (if any) will be preferred. Experience in B2B websites, especially in industrial, manufacturing, or export sectors.
