Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in E-commerce, Microsoft Technologies, and MERN/MEAN stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and modern web development technologies to effectively identify, engage, and close sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell E-commerce solutions and Microsoft Technologies (such as .NET, Azure, Power BI) as well as MERN/MEAN stack services.
Client Engagement: Identify potential clients in the e-commerce, tech, and digital transformation sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure continuous growth.
Consultative Selling: Engage clients with a consultative approach, identifying their business needs and presenting tailored solutions involving E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) and web development technologies (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.).
Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and leveraging industry connections. Qualify leads through discovery calls, meetings, and understanding client requirements.
Proposals & Negotiations: Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and Microsoft solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that solutions are in line with customer needs and expectations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress through CRM tools. Report on sales goals and performance.
Customer Retention: Assist in after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales with expertise in E-commerce, Microsoft Technologies (such as .NET, Azure), and MERN/MEAN stack.
Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.) and web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, Express, etc.).
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the IT or software development industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to build relationships and engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO for E-commerce platforms.
