Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a proficient React or Angular Developer to design, develop, and deliver dynamic, user-centric web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organization’s digital initiatives by creating scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and support strategic business objectives.Software Requirements
- Required:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular (latest stable versions)
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI, etc.)
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, NgRx, or other state management libraries
- Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React or Angular
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive features
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional code, ensuring responsiveness across devices
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, follow best practices in front-end development, and ensure consistency across projects
- Work within Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver features on time
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to inform continuous improvement
- Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and technical guidelines

Programming Languages:
- Essential: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred)
- Preferred: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS
Frameworks & Libraries:
- Essential: ReactJS OR Angular (latest long-term support versions)
- Preferred: State management tools like Redux or NgRx, Angular Material, React Material-UI
Databases/Data Management:
- Awareness of backend data sources and REST API integration; familiarity with NoSQL/SQL databases is advantageous
Cloud Technologies:

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS or Angular
- Proven experience delivering complex web applications in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Experience working in Agile teams, delivering features in iterative cycles
- Ability to translate user experience design into functional and optimized code
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Day-to-Day Activities
- Design and implement new UI components and features based on requirements
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Review code, conduct technical discussions, and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration
- Participate in planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment
- Evaluate new front-end tools and libraries, recommending best practices for adoption
- Troubleshoot UI issues, debug across browsers/devices, and resolve frontend bugs
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed features
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Scrum, or Angular/React certifications) are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in ReactJS or Angular with a strong portfolio of completed projects
