Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a proficient React or Angular Developer to design, develop, and deliver dynamic, user-centric web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organizations digital initiatives by creating scalable, maintainable front-end solutions that enhance user experience and support strategic business objectives. Required:Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular (latest stable versions)Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principlesExperience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practicesExperience with build tools (Webpack, npm, Angular CLI, etc.)
Preferred:Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, NgRx, or other state management librariesFamiliarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress)
Overall Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React or AngularCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive featuresTranslate design mockups and wireframes into functional code, ensuring responsiveness across devicesOptimize application performance for speed and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews, follow best practices in front-end development, and ensure consistency across projectsWork within Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver features on timeStay updated on emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to inform continuous improvementContribute to documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and technical guidelines

Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Scrum, or Angular/React certifications) are a plusDemonstrated proficiency in ReactJS or Angular with a strong portfolio of completed projects
