As part of NASSCOM Center of Excellence's GrowX virtual accelerator program, we offer comprehensive products and custom software solutions, including Digital Production Systems, energy management, and IoT-enabled infrastructure. With expertise in various sectors, including manufacturing and automotive, we have successfully completed 14 projects in the last 3 years, connecting over 280 assets and monitoring 55,000+ parameters in real-time.

Role Description

Development and implementation of back-end logic according to Industry 4.0use-cases
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Integration of data storage solutions like Mongo DB, Cloud based services
Implementation of authentication, security, and data protection
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, reusable, and efficient code
Complete documentation as per the scope; prepare guidelines and checklist for development and testing activities
Seek review from peers /customer periodically; participate in setup activities for required environment setup; deploy code build in testing environment; conduct peer review during design, coding, and testing
Highlight any potential risks to the appropriate stake holders

Mandatory Experience:

Strong work experience in Node JS is a Must
Experience working with variety of NPM packages
Hands on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL and other RDBMS
Fundamental understanding of Design Patterns and Design Principles and decision-making ability to use those appropriately.
Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD). Must be proficient in writing Unit test cases using frameworks like Mocha.js, Chai.js etc.
Knowledge of software best practices like Refactoring, Clean Code, Domain Driven Design, Encapsulation etc.
Strong working knowledge in Service-based architecture, Error-handling, and Exception Management
Sound knowledge of working with application aspects i.e., Caching, Asynchronous APIs, Logging etc.
Working knowledge of cross-platform optimization, responsiveness of applications in an Enterprise grade application
Agile, continuous integration & delivery and development tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, VS Code & its extensions)
Familiarity with Agile product development

Preferred Experience:

Industrial Automation experience is a huge plus
Experience with IOT tools like Node-Red, MT-Linki, KepServerEx is a strong plus
Familiarity with IIOT protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, MODBUS, etc. is a strongplus
Familiarity with networking technologies like RS232/RS422/RS485, Ethernet is aplus
Working knowledge of Angular version 8+
Working knowledge of fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript.
Exposure to cloud and containerization would be a plus
Working knowledge of build tools like Maven and/or Gradle, etc.
