Role Overview


We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. This senior leadership position is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate or hospitality sales, a sharp business acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performance teams.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Leadership: Design and execute sales strategies across all resort and branded residential projects.

Team Development: Recruit, lead, and mentor a growing team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Channel Partners.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with HNIs, institutional investors, and broking networks.

Performance Oversight: Set KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize conversion strategies.

Market Positioning: Drive awareness around investment benefits like lifetime ROI, free holidays, and event privileges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with marketing and operations for campaign execution and customer experience.

Reporting & Analysis: Present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience


Experience: 7–10 years in Sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Real Estate or Hospitality sector preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree (required); MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).

Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems

In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur luxury property or resort market
