Job Summary:

Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship and performance management.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Drive business growth through B2C and B2B sales channels.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with high-value customers, channel partners, and developers.
• Ensure top-notch customer experience and resolve escalations effectively.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales goals.
• Present sales forecasts, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.
• Provide feedback for product and process improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in

  real estate or a fast-growing startup

• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
