Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the business team in India;

2. Responsible for the business development in India complete the annual plans and achieve goals set by the global headquarters;

3. Responsible for reporting market information, operational information and policy information to the global headquarters;

4. Help the global headquarters to keep abreast of the Indian market situations and continue to improve the business in India;

5. Assist the headquarters team to complete the investigation, consultation and implementation of the factory establishment in India to achieve localized production.

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of experience in office furniture or architectural, building products, interiors;

2. Rich experience in team management, operations, market development, financial management, etc.

3. Good connections with interior designers, architects, PMCs and key accounts;

4. Have an acute and clear market insight and outstanding leadership;

5. Experience in multinational office furniture company is preferred.
