Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable applications utilizing diverse Generative AI models and techniques, with a significant focus on

  RAG applications, Conversational AI, AI Agents, and Multi-Agent frameworks.

• Lead the full-stack development efforts for Gen AI projects, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities into user-facing applications and backend systems, primarily using the MERN/MEAN stack.
• Design and implement systems leveraging

  inter-agent communication protocols (e.g., A2A) and tool/capability integration protocols (e.g., MCP)

  to build modular and interoperable agentic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with AI architects, data scientists, product managers, and clients to define requirements, design innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality AI-powered products.
• Design and implement efficient data pipelines, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and serving Generative AI models and AI Agents.
• Leverage tools and frameworks such as Langchain, LangSmith, LangServe, LlamaIndex, Flowise/LangFlow, and AutoGen to construct and manage complex AI applications and agentic systems.
• Work extensively with vector databases, embedding models, and advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize information retrieval and agent performance.
• Implement and manage API development and integrations for internal services, third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Azure AI), and agent communication endpoints.
• Optionally, fine-tune open-source or proprietary LLMs to meet specific client needs and improve domain-specific performance for AI Agents.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, AI development, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Actively research and stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI,

  Agentic AI, AI interoperability protocols (like A2A, MCP)

  , Machine Learning, and full stack technologies.

• Champion and leverage GenAI tools and techniques to achieve 10X productivity improvements

  for yourself, the team, and in the solutions delivered to clients.
• Mentor junior developers, participate actively in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and foster a culture of technical excellence and

  innovative solutioning

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI applications and agentic systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional experience in full stack development

  , with a significant portion dedicated to building and deploying production-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in core programming languages:

  Python (essential for AI/ML), JavaScript, and TypeScript (essential for full-stack, especially MERN/MEAN)

  .
• Proven expertise in the

  MERN stack

  or

  MEAN stack

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with

  Generative AI concepts, models (LLMs, diffusion models), and architectures, with a specific focus on building AI Agents and Agentic Systems.

• Demonstrable expertise in

  advanced prompt engineering techniques

  and strategies for various LLMs and agent interactions.
• Practical experience with Gen AI frameworks such as

  Langchain (required), LlamaIndex, and workflow/agent builders like Flowise/LangFlow or AutoGen.

• Experience working with and managing

  vector databases and embedding models

  for RAG systems and agent knowledge.
• Familiarity or experience with concepts and potential implementation of

  agent communication/interoperability protocols like A2A and MCP

  is highly desirable.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (preferred, but strong understanding is valuable).
• Proficiency in API design, development (RESTful, GraphQL), and integration, including experience with platforms like OpenAI (GPT-4), Google Gemini, and Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Solid understanding and experience with
