*Job Title:* AI & Social Media Marketing Staff (with Photography Expertise)
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile staff member with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Social Media Marketing, and Photography. As a key member of our team, you will leverage AI insights to inform marketing strategies, create engaging social media content, and capture high-quality visuals using your photography skills. This role requires a unique blend of technical, creative, and analytical abilities, and we are looking for someone who can effectively balance these demands to drive our marketing efforts forward.
*Key Responsibilities:*
AI & Data Analysis
1. *Apply AI Tools and Techniques:* Utilize AI tools and techniques to analyze data and inform marketing decisions. This includes working with machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.
2. *Stay Updated on AI Trends:* Continuously update your knowledge on the latest AI trends and applications in marketing. This involves attending workshops, webinars, and conferences, as well as reading industry publications to stay ahead of the curve.
3. *Data-Driven Decision Making:* Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. This includes analyzing metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Social Media Marketing
1. *Develop Social Media Strategies:* Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, developing content calendars, and managing social media campaigns.
2. *Content Creation:* Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and live streams. This involves understanding our brand's tone and voice, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
3. *Social Media Management:* Manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This involves responding to comments and messages, monitoring analytics, and adjusting our strategy based on performance data.
4. *Campaign Management:* Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. This includes working with cross-functional teams to develop campaign concepts, creating content, and managing budgets.
Photography
1. *Capture High-Quality Visuals:* Use your photography skills to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns. This involves understanding lighting, composition, and editing techniques to produce visually appealing content.
2. *Visual Content Creation:* Develop visual content that aligns with our brand's messaging and aesthetic. This includes working with graphic designers, art directors, and other creatives to develop cohesive visual campaigns.
3. *Equipment and Editing:* Utilize personal camera equipment and editing software to produce high-quality visuals. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest camera technology and editing software, as well as understanding best practices for editing and retouching images.
Web Knowledge
1. *Web Development and Design:* Familiarity with web development and design principles is a plus. This includes understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
2. *Optimize Visual Content:* Optimize visual content for web platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs. This involves understanding how to compress images, use alt tags, and optimize image file names for search engine optimization (SEO).

*Nice to Have:*
