Role Description

Role Proficiency:Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering

Outcomes

  • Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
  • Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
  • Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
  • Mentor Developer 1 – Software Engineering and Developer 2 – Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles
  • Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
  • Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
  • Assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

Position Title:- React Developer Primary Skills: React, React Hooks, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap Secondary Skills: Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier Experience: 3.5 to 4 years POSITION PURPOSE The Senior Software Developer will develop custom enterprise-class applications using a variety of current technologies including: React, Redux, React Hooks, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap. You will help design, develop and build the core unified systems to support the products. We are looking for a talented and passionate React Developer to join our team to work on cutting-edge projects and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Develop, maintain, and optimize React.js-based frontend applications. Migrate existing UI components and pages to React.js from legacy frameworks. Implement reusable UI components based on design system guidelines. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs endpoints. Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams. Conduct code reviews and write unit/integration tests. Maintain documentation and contribute to frontend best practices. Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Must have a MS\BE in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or relevant work experience. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+. Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or Context API), and React Hooks. Experience in Next.js for server-side rendering (preferred). Knowledge of Material UI, Tailwind CSS Experience with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and modern build tools. Familiarity with REST APIs, and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience with Git and source code management practices. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3.5 to 4 years of demonstrable development experience building software that provide the user with a complete, delightful experience. SKILLS / ABILITIES Able to organize, prioritize and apply complex concepts to project tasks. Ability to find simple solutions for solving complex problems. Willingness to learn, teach, and pay close attention to details. Ability to research, implement, and report in an articulate, professional manner. Have organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and within an agile team. Strong understanding of software development best practices.
