We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst (DA-2) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Requirement gathering with stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing them along with prioritization of various requirements coming in together.
• Working knowledge of A/B experimentation and conclusion of experiments with supportive statistical techniques.
• To convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.
• To understand underlying player behavior.
• To work with the Product, Marketing and Technology team to execute projects and measure their success.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making at various levels within the organization.
• Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting various solutions and brainstorming sessions on solving various problems.
• Implement data quality standards to ensure accuracy,reliability and reusability of data and solutions developed.
• Participate actively in reusable design solutions and cost optimizations
• Ensure right stakeholders gets right information at right time
• Creating and deploying visualizations with highest quality
• Design and plan BI solutions to automate regular reporting and reduce manual intervention.
• Write code (queries/procedures/scripts) in SQL / PySpark / Python that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from Top Colleges
• 4+ years of experience in Analytics
• Strong proficiency in statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to address complex business problems. eg logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Exceptional logical and analytical skills
• Excellent technical as well as communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to even the smallest detail is mandatory
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.
