Key Responsibilities

Account & Contact Intelligence

  • Research accounts, industry trends, key decision-makers, and trigger events to personalize outreach.
  • Build actionable profiles on companies using LinkedIn, Apollo & Hubspot.
  • Understand buying groups in BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail to identify the right personas.

Campaign Execution & Personalization

  • Design and execute

    multi-step outbound sequences

    using Apollo or HubSpot.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and email content to improve reply rates.
  • Craft

    short, crisp, and context-rich messages

    that resonate with U.S. stakeholders.

Cold Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate discovery conversations via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Speak fluently and confidently with CXOs, VPs, and Directors in the U.S. market.
  • Understand buyer pain points and qualify prospects using BANT/CHAMP.

📊 Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Track and report key metrics: meetings booked, conversions, reply rates, intent signals.
  • Provide feedback to marketing/sales on lead quality and content resonance.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years

    of B2B inside sales or SDR/BDR experience targeting the U.S. market.
  • Strong command of English with

    neutral accent and cultural fluency

    .
  • Excellent email writing and copywriting skills—

    you should enjoy storytelling

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , and outbound platforms.
  • Ability to think analytically—review data, tweak strategy, and optimize outreach.
  • High emotional intelligence—able to understand buyer mindset and tailor interactions accordingly.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the

    grit to succeed in outbound sales

  • Exposure to

    IT Services, SaaS, or Tech Product

    sales.
  • Understanding of enterprise software buying cycles (Cloud, AI, APIs, etc.).
  • Experience working with
