Through advocacy, partnerships, and tech-driven interventions, we enable equitable access to opportunities and build a more inclusive society. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive strategic partnerships, identify funding opportunities, and expand our employer and institutional network. As a BDR, you will play a key role in promoting our mission, generating leads, and building relationships that contribute directly to creating accessible futures for PWDs. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential corporate, institutional, and government partners aligned with our mission. Conduct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline. Schedule and facilitate introductory meetings with potential partners and donors. Collaborate with program and impact teams to tailor partnership pitches. Research market trends, CSR initiatives, and policy shifts relevant to disability inclusion. Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement efforts using CRM tools. Represent Indic AI at events, webinars, and stakeholder meetings when required. Support the development of proposals, decks, and impact reports for prospective partners. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising (nonprofit experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Passionate about inclusion, accessibility, and social impact. Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven startup-like environment. Prior experience with disability-focused organizations or DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) is desirable.
