In SAP supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Position Requirements

  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP SuccessFactors Implementation / Support activities and SAP ECC Implementation / development / support activities regarding Human Resources (HR).
  • 6 to 10 years of working on the HR and success factor module in SAP implementation projects and support
  • Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus 
  • SAP success factor hands-on experience in below:
  • Position Management
  • Fundamental objects
  • MDF
  • Workflows
  • Pick List Management
  • RBP
  • Time Off data models
  • Adhoc Reports in Employee central
  • ESS,MSS/ Enterprise portal
  • Positioning budgeting and control - Post Management
  • Success factors working experience with hands on one implementation project
  • Should have good written and oral communication skills
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  •  Ability to configure Human Resource business processes in SuccessFactors and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
  • Strong configuration hands on experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC in HR.
  • Integration of SuccessFactors modules within, with SAP ECC HR and with other external applications.
  • In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SuccessFactors implementation and SAP ECC in HR Implementation:
  • Configuration Workbook
  • Modification and Extension Workbook
  • Good experience on the HR module in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC instances.
  • Implementation experience should be in SuccessFactors with latest releases and in SAP ECC in HR would be a plus
  • Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Compensation Management
  • Succession
  • Performance & Goals
  • SAP ECC in HR working experience with hands on one implementation project
  • Team Leading Experience would be added advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
  • ITIL certification
  • SAP Certification on HR and SuccessFactors modules
  • Worked on integration within SuccessFactors modules and with other Applications.
  • Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in SuccessFactors
