Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MuleSoft applications and integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development, testing, production).
• Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design and integration.
• Document support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations for future reference.
• Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and contribute to preventive measures.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
• Provide on-call support as needed and participate in support rotation.
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Experience 3-4 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB and API Manager.
• Understanding of integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging MuleSoft applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) for performance analysis.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc) is advantageous.
