We are seeking a skilled and client-focused HRMS and Payroll Software Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a collaborative attitude. This role involves resolving client queries, assisting with software operations, and ensuring seamless functionality of HRMS and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities Client Support and Communication Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding HRMS and payroll software. Provide clear and effective solutions to client issues via email, phone, and remote support. Technical Assistance Guide clients in using software features and troubleshooting technical challenges. Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction. Advance Excel – V lookup, if condition, formula Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and manage client data. Generate customized reports as per client requirements. Documentation and Email Drafting Draft professional emails to communicate solutions, updates, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Share insights and feedback to enhance software functionality and client experience.
