About the Role:

We’re looking for a quality-obsessed

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

to architect and scale automated testing infrastructure for our web applications and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and quality assurance—passionate about clean code, fast feedback loops, and preventing bugs before they happen.As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in embedding test automation across the development lifecycle, enabling high confidence releases and ensuring the stability of both customer-facing and backend systems.

What You’ll Do

✅

Test Automation Engineering

Design and implement robust, reusable automation frameworks in

Python

using

Pytest

for web, API, and service-layer testing.Write clear, scalable test scripts that support fast feedback and early issue detection.Drive a shift-left testing approach by integrating tests early in the CI/CD pipeline.🔍

Quality Strategy & Test Coverage

Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product owners to define quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria.Review and enhance existing test strategies, balancing automation with manual edge-case validation.Build and maintain regression suites to ensure long-term application reliability.🛠️

Infrastructure & Integration

Contribute to end-to-end pipeline automation for test execution, reporting, and alerting.Leverage tools like

Selenium

for UI automation and integrate testing workflows into

Git-based

CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.Assist in setting up and maintaining Dockerized or cloud-based test environments.🚨

Debugging & Reporting

Investigate flaky tests, triage test failures, and provide detailed bug reports with actionable insights.Support production monitoring with test simulations that validate real-world workflows and edge cases.

Solid programming skills in

, with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.Strong hands-on experience with
