About the Job:

This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing automation with a knack for translating complex customer journeys into executable campaigns and hands-on with HTML and Ampscript

Key Responsibilities:

- Validation and Quality Check: Identify and streamline both manual and regression testing process and perform validation checks to ensure high quality

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, establish quality goals, and monitor performance against targets.

- Campaign operation & Audience management : Assist in the creation, segmentation, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.

- Analysis and troubleshooting : Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Proactively identify, troubleshoot and report bugs and issues in the system Proactively identify, troubleshoot and report bugs and issues in the system

- Documentation and reporting: Maintain quality documentation, including SOP & standard reports

Qualifications:

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Certifications: Certifications on SFMC, SQL, Automation testing/

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of reporting platforms like tableau/power BI/Looker.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
