Job Summary:

The Credit Card Risk Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our risk management strategies and enhancing our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the credit card industry (preferably for US market), with a focus on credit card risk strategy, product development, and financial analytics. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive projects that improve our risk controls and overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk strategies for credit card products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth financial analytics to assess product performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance risk controls, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
• Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead projects focused on product development, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust risk strategies and product offerings.
• Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the credit card industry, with a focus on risk strategy, product management, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, financial analytics, and product development processes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
