Role Summary

Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the 

  product roadmap

   for one or more core platforms/modules.
• Drive 

  discovery and strategy

  , informed by user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Facilitate collaborative 

  ideation and prioritization sessions

   with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into 

  detailed PRDs, wireframes, and user stories

  , using tools like Miro, FigJam, or Figma.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team execution in agile environments.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver features that are not just functional but delightful.
• Lead initiatives to replace third-party dependencies with robust, scalable internal systems.
• Own the development of core internal features that replace traditional SaaS tools and improve team productivity.
• Track product KPIs post-launch, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support go-to-market strategies and align with sales and customer teams for rollout and adoption.
• Contribute to mentoring Associate PMs or driving process maturity in the product organization.

You Should Have

• 6+ years of total experience with minimum

  5 years in Product Management

  .
• Proven track record of owning complex product lifecycles from idea to delivery and iteration.
• Strong experience in 

  SaaS, ERP, B2B platforms

  , or related domains.
• Solid grounding in 

  Agile methodology

  , backlog management, UAT cycles, and release coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—able to write high-quality PRDs and present ideas clearly.
• Hands-on experience with 

  user research

  , 

  wireframing

  , and design collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, Figma).
• Data-oriented mindset with familiarity in product analytics and decision-making from metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and balancing business, tech, and user needs.

• Exposure to

• Experience in
