Job Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities

1. Media Planning & Execution

  • Develop platform-specific, high-impact media plans across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign setups including audience segmentation, ad creatives alignment, bid strategy configuration, and budget pacing aligned with project sales cycles.
  • Own the entire

    lead generation funnel

    , with deep focus on

    cost per qualified lead (CPQL)

    and

    conversion to site visit & booking

    .

2. Advanced Retargeting & Funnel Building

  • Design and implement

    multi-touch retargeting frameworks

    using custom audiences, dynamic product ads, CRM integrations, and behavioral segmentation.
  • Build

    sequential remarketing flows

    using first-party data, pixel events, CRM data syncing (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and lead scoring models.
  • Leverage Google’s Enhanced Conversions and Facebook’s Conversion API to track offline conversions and close the attribution gap.

3. Programmatic & AI Integration

  • Implement

    programmatic media strategies

    via Display & Video 360 or other DSPs (if applicable) to target high-intent real estate buyers.
  • Integrate

    AI tools

    (ChatGPT for ad copy generation, Midjourney/DALL·E for creative assistance, and predictive modeling via ML platforms like BigQuery ML or Data Studio AI).
  • Use

    performance automation scripts

    in Google Ads (e.g., budget pacing alerts, anomaly detection) and

    custom rules in Meta

    for bid/budget optimization.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up end-to-end tracking with

    Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag

    , and CRM conversion syncing.
  • Build

    real-time dashboards

    in Google Looker Studio / Tableau for management-level performance visibility.
  • Perform weekly deep dives using attribution models (data-driven, position-based) and

    multi-touch attribution

    systems to identify performance patterns and scale winners.

5. CRO & Landing Page Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX and development teams to implement

    conversion rate optimization strategies

    —heatmaps, A/B testing, scroll-depth analysis.
  • Optimize landing pages for

    mobile-first engagement

    , load speed, form UX, and CTA clarity.
  • Drive experimentation with lead forms vs. WhatsApp vs. click-to-call vs. LP redirects based on intent tiers.

6. Platform & Budget Governance

  • Manage ₹60L monthly ad budget with strict performance tracking and pacing adherence.
  • Conduct

    platform-level audits

    and

    quality score optimizations

    to reduce CPCs and maximize impressions share in high-competition geo-zones like Kochi, Calicut, Trivandrum.
  • Work with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Campaign Manager 360, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of performance marketing experience

    , preferably in the real estate, luxury, or high-ticket vertical.
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)

    Meta Ads (CAPI setup, advanced lookalikes, A/B testing)

  • Proficient in
